Cyndy and Jerry - Clermont At my suggestion, we recently had Carlos and Barbara come and install crown molding around our ceilings, board and batten panelling in our dining room, and replace a bi-fold door on our pantry with a regular door. I scheduled an appointment for a bid and they were here right on time. I received an e-mailed quote two days later with each item broken down. They gave us a two week timeline and they stuck to it. They were meticulous and cleaned up at the end of each day. Most important to me was, THEY LISTENED TO WHAT MY VISION WAS, and that is what we got. I love it! I think it’s worth starting out by saying that I was one of those consumers who was a little more on the cautious side about working with a contractor in general. This was our first single family home and you often hear stories about people that have had bad situations. Right from the start Barbara was extremely communicative and made me feel at ease. I felt they genuinely listened to us throughout the entire process. As the projects progressed we made a couple minor aesthetic changes based on their creative eye and from our feedback. I really appreciated them taking the time to create what would ultimately look the best as if it was for their own home, versus what might be faster or easier. Also our projects were all completed while we were at work during the day. Everything was completed on time and there were never any concerns. The have just returned to complete some additional panels and moldings to our new home. Soooo excited.
